On 20 September 2023, 27 cemeteries and monuments lying around and near the WW I frontline in Flanders fields were inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. On Friday 29 September 2023, Jan Jambon, Belgian Minister of Culture, gave the Passchendaele Museum the green light for its policy and investment plans for 2024-2028.
