Archaeology captures the imagination of young and old alike. Excavations make us curious because they reveal something about our past: how did our ancestors live, what did they eat, what did their houses look like, …?
During the Archaeology Days, you will learn more about the many faces of archaeology during educational and playful activities in the Castle Domain of Zonnebeke. A re-enactment group will take you back in time to the First World War. Come and watch some of the demonstrations or let your children take part in one of the fun workshops.
