Is Passchendaele part of your family history?

With ‘The Passchendaele Archives Database’ the research centre of the Passchendaele Museum aims at adding a face and a story to those who gave their lives during the First World War and the Battle of Passchendaele. They no longer only will be a name on a wall of missed in action or on a tombstone, but hence they shall have their own discernible spot in the landscape.

Would you have a relative or a link with a soldier who died during the First World War in general or during the Battle of Passchendaele specific? A file is started on the basis of a questionnaire and possibly additional documentation such as letters and photographs. The museum investigates for you what exactly happened on that fatal day. Share your family history with us and ensure by that way that their stories still will continue to live on in the future.
