These guidelines* will help you through the process

Scanning photos and documents
The photos and documents thath you are sending us could be used for publication in a new book or in the new Visitors Centre at Tyne Cot Cemetery. Therefore it is adviseable to scan documents and photos at a high resolution (at least 600 dpi)If you are not able to scan photos or documents, you can send them to us. We will scan the documents at a high resolution and send them back to you with a digital copy.

Sending information
Sending information to The Passchendaele Archives
There are several ways to forward your information to The Passchendaele Archives. You can scan the documents at a high resolution and send them by email to archives@passchendaele.be. If you do nog hava access to email, burn the scanned documents on a CD or DVD and send them by mail. If you do not have a scanner, send the documents by mail and we will scan them for you.

There is a form available to fill in with the information you have on the soldier. The entries vary from biographical facts, information about his service to entries related to the soldier's death. This form is online available from archives@passchendaele.be and rom http://www.passchendaele.be. It can also be requested by phone, fax or letter and sent to you by post.

Getting an answer from The Passchendaele Archives
If you send an email, it will be answered as soon as possible (not in weekends). Please mention the soldier's name in the subject line. Getting detailed informations on your soldier will take some time. The project will research thousands of files and runs till 2007.
